PRODUCTS & PAYMENTS

All works available on velluto.art are made to order. Each photographic print is produced on Fine Art paper and framed by hand in a 45x60 cm format. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments can be made securely via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide at a flat rate. Each print is made to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 2 and 10 business days.

All orders are carefully packaged and include a tracking number, sent via email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.

RETURNS & CLAIMS

As all items are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. Claims are accepted only in case of damage or clear errors, to be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@velluto.art with detailed photos. In these cases, we will evaluate the possibility of a replacement.
